1.
When I pass, let me die with dignity. Please don't let some hospital bed be my last memory. Don't bury me if I got parts that are in need. Feed my flesh to some hungry dogs, and let their tails wag as they feast upon my bones; Lord knows I won't need them where I'm going.

I’m going down to the darker side of town, gonna let my skeletons run free. And if it don’t mean that much to you it won’t mean that much to me - just gotta let it roll on down the line. So if you should drift away, I won’t tell you you should stay - you gotta do what’s in your heart all the time. But if you should stumble back, I’ll be moving down the track - just gotta let it roll on down the line. I leave my weight on a burning pedestal, then collect all of the ashes I left behind. And I clean my slate because I’m no one else’s fool. I just take it all, I take it all in stride. You left me high and dry, thinking I would die without you feeling sad and alone; but believe you me, I’m as happy as can be - just gotta let it roll on down the line.

All the chores I must complete today, little boxes left to check. And even when I think I’ve finished them, I wonder if there’s one I missed. Running around my life in circles, place to place and task to task. In the midst of I question why I rush around so fast. ‘Cause I still don’t know the answer to it all, and I still can’t find any reason or rhyme. But in the distant starry sky, I swear that I can see for miles in the great design. Take me in your car and drive me far away, drive and give me space from all these yesterdays. Let me breathe the air that I was meant to breathe and take a big sigh of relief. I start feel how I felt when I was younger: full of peace and potential and hope. Open the door smoke a cigarette and take in the sun. I’ve wasted many days but a new one has begun. Though I still don’t know the answer to it all, and I still can’t find any reason or rhyme. But in the distant starry sky, I swear that I can see for miles in the great design. I still don’t know the answer to it all, and I still got bills and student loans to pay. But In the distant starry sky, amongst the whispering pine, I finally feel like I understand my place and time in the great design.

Spend all my days By the whispering pines, I spend all my days By the whispering pines When I'm feeling down I want to hear that sound Of the whispering pines Lord, the whispering pines You see my girl All she do is complain You see my girl Lord she drives me insane And when she brings me down I can almost hear that sound Of the whispering pines Lord, the whispering pines Gonna pack my bags And move on down the line Gonna pack my bags Move on down the line And when I feel that air I'm gonna sit and stare At the whispering pines Lord, the whispering pines.

Late Nights 03:54
I knew this kid he was somethin’, he played the meanest guitar around; he was a real high roller, a self-promoter, said his band was the best in town. But he’s tired of feeling like nothing - and tell me now how about you? Are you a real high-strung son of a gun whose got nothing left to do? My bones are getting thin and my heart is getting cold and I know my hand won’t win, so I might as well fold... I stayed up for hours just thinking, late into the night. Laying in a bed full of regrets of things I never even tried. I don’t care what they say about me, I don’t care if you think it’s true - ‘cause if I’m a real high-strung son of a gun - then I got nothing left to lose. My bones are getting thin and my heart is getting cold and I know my hand won’t win, so I might as well fold. I’m fumbling in the dark looking for something I can hold - and I know my hand won’t win, so I might as well fold...
